Our Maintenance kits include instructions and we offer technical support to insure proper installation and reset of your printer. Kits are easily user installable and come with a fuser assembly, transfer roller, and pickup, or feed/separation rollers. The exact content of the kit and number of rollers provided depends on the printer model. Color printer fuser kits are considered a consumable item and contain the fuser and any filters or additional parts required. We are always available to support your purchase and save you time and money.

HP Maintenance kits contain the parts determined by the manufacturer to most likely require replacement when the "Service Required" message is shown on the printers display.

All maintenance kits contain Hewlett Packard or Canon original equipment manufacturer (OEM) feed/separation, pickup and transfer rollers.

Our remanufactured fusers, used in exchange maintenance kits, use the highest quality OEM or third party fuser rollers and parts. Feed/Separation rollers in exchange kits are Hewlett Packard or Canon original equipment parts.  All kits come with a 90 day warranty.

Items requiring a core exchange will include a prepaid return label. The core must be received within 15 business days or a core charge will be applied.

Cores must be in rebuildable condition and returned using the prepaid label to receive a full core credit. Cores received after fifteen days are subject to an additional charge, dependent on current market conditions.


RMA numbers must be clearly visible on the outside of all returns. Please use the labels provided to ensure proper credit. Unidentified core returns cannot be credited.
