Legend for front panel error LED
indicators
A common problem with this printer is feeding multiple sheets of
paper. We have found the solution to be replacement of the pickup
roller assembly and paper separation pad. Cleaning may work for
the short term but will not solve this problem.
The replacement paper separation pad is an upgraded part which has
proven to be a successful fix for this problem. You may find inexpensive
fixes but the answer is replace these parts. For the labor involved
it's not worth it to scimp on the parts. |
| |
We have both available along with illustrated
instructions. A kit with both pickup roller and separation pad kit
and illustrated installation instructions is available for $39.00 |
